Adult males, age 18 and over

Individuals experiencing displacement or unstable housing

Capable of managing their day-to-day needs independently

Seeking a clean, cooperative living environment

Including (but not limited to):
-
Those who have aged out of foster care

Recently released from a program or institution (non-medical)
-
Experiencing homelessness or couch-surfing
-
Transitioning out of shelters or group homes

Supportive Services
-
Light-touch case management, including goal setting and regular check-ins
-
Job and education support, such as resume help, job referrals, and connections to GED or vocational programs
-
Referrals to mental health services and local resources for wellness, recovery, or personal development
-
Life skills development, including budgeting, cooking, and time management workshops
Essential Services & Amenities
-
Safe, clean, and furnished living spaces with shared kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry facilities

House rules, chore expectations, and structured routines to promote accountability and harmony
-
Smart home technology with cameras in shared spaces (never in private rooms or bathrooms) for security and oversight
-
Wi-Fi access and common areas for connection and downtime
-
On-site support or house manager to oversee daily operations and resident needs
Elgibility & Qualifications

Be male, 18 years of age or older
-
Be currently displaced, housing-insecure, or transitioning between stable living situations
-
Be able to care for themselves (cook, clean, maintain hygiene, manage medications if needed)

Be willing to follow house rules and contribute to a cooperative living environment

Not require intensive supervision or medical care
